-Who would have known that your pets hair ends up in your air ducts. I was amazed to see all the hair, dust and whatever all that other stuff was in the video inspection. -My experience with duct cleaning has been horrible until Platinum Air Duct Cleaning serviced my home. I had a company come out to clean my dryer duct which they stuck a long brush and a shop vac in my duct to clean. A week later it was bad, and they almost broke my dryer. I had the dryer guy come out and the dryer tech said it was the duct that had been clogged bad. I guess what they did was push the brush and made a clog in my duct which made it impossible for any air to escape through. If i hadn't had Platinum Air Duct Cleaning come out and show me with their video inspection who knows how bad it could have got. They cleaned it thoroughly and not only that assured me with their special camera that it was clean from beginning to end. They did a superb job, and are going to be my duct cleaning company.
